Every person gets their own code, plus-ones included, so a party can arrive in three cars. Staff scan it, or read the eight characters aloud when a phone is dead. If the venue's wifi dies the door keeps working and catches up when it comes back.

Every event carries a sheet of its suppliers: venue, catering, DJ, aso-ebi, with the price agreed and the money paid so far. In naira, to the kobo, and the numbers always add up.

106 Events is run by a planner, not a software company. It was built between real events, for the parts of the job that spreadsheets and group chats kept dropping, and it only grows a feature when a real event needed it.
Questions people ask
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Guests get a link that opens in their browser, or they reply to the WhatsApp message. Their pass is a QR code on a web page: no app, no account, no password.
How do guests get in on the day?
Every person carries their own QR code, plus-ones included. Staff scan it at the door, or read out its eight characters when a phone is dead, and the count keeps working even if the venue's internet doesn't.
What about our vendors?
Every event carries its own vendor sheet for the caterer, decorator, DJ and aso-ebi, with the price agreed, what's been paid, and what's still owed, in naira to the kobo. Nothing lives in someone's head or a chat thread.
